<http://schema.org/articleBody> " <div class=\"paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--full\">\n \n\n\n <p>Het stadsvernieuwingsprogramma van de Dienst Stedelijke Vernieuwing en het Urban Living Lab \u2018Comon\u2019 hebben het prestigieuze \u2018<a href=\"https://urbact.eu/news/discover-latest-116-urbact-good-practices\">URBACT good practice</a>\u2019-label ontvangen. <span lang=\"NL\">Met de toekenning van het label worden beide praktijken erkend als inspirerende voorbeelden van stedelijke vernieuwing en samenwerking die impactvol, participatief, ge\u00EFntegreerd en relevant zijn \u00E9n bovendien gemakkelijk overdraagbaar naar andere Europese steden.</span></p><h2>Wat is het URBACT-label?</h2><p>Het Europese programma URBACT riep in het voorjaar van 2024 Europese steden op om hun <strong>succesvolle stedelijke projecten en goede praktijken</strong> in te dienen. URBACT beloonde de beste kandidaten met een Europees label.</p><p>URBACT ondersteunt steden bij het ontwikkelen van duurzaam ge\u00EFntegreerd beleid voor stedelijke uitdagingen door netwerkactiviteiten, capaciteitsopbouw, kennisdeling en communicatie. Hoewel er geen geldprijs aan verbonden is, biedt het \u2018URBACT good practice\u2019-label zichtbaarheid en de kans om deel uit te maken van het gesubsidieerde \u2018URBACT Transfer Network\u2019. Dit netwerk stelt steden in staat hun goede praktijken over te dragen aan andere Europese steden en hun eigen werking te verbeteren.</p><h2>Stadsvernieuwingsprogramma\u2019s in Gent</h2><p>Om duurzame <a href=\"https://stad.gent/nl/wonen-bouwen/stadsvernieuwing\">stadsvernieuwing</a> in Gent te realiseren, werken we in bepaalde wijken met een <strong>op maat gemaakte langetermijnvisie</strong>. Op basis van deze visie worden projecten, experimenten, acties en activiteiten gedefinieerd en uitgevoerd. Duurzame verandering in een wijk vereist een evenwicht tussen de verbetering van de levenskwaliteit op sociaal, economisch, ruimtelijk en milieuvlak. Elke plek is uniek en vereist een aanpak op maat.</p><p>Een ge\u00EFntegreerde strategie gericht op communicatie, mensgerichte planning, participatie en co-creatie is essentieel. De <strong>programmaregisseurs</strong> van de Dienst Stedelijke Vernieuwing co\u00F6rdineren de programma\u2019s en stroomlijnen projecten richting de vooropgestelde visie.</p><p><strong>Programmacommunicatoren</strong> richten zich op het stakeholdermanagement en zorgen ervoor dat tijdige en accurate informatie de bewoners bereikt. Om een programma effectief te realiseren, is samenwerking met projectleiders, veldwerkers, beleidsmedewerkers en vele anderen cruciaal. </p><h2>Comon</h2><p><a href=\"https://comon.gent/\" title=\"https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcomon.gent%2F&data=05%7C02%7CLine.Windey%40UGent.be%7C50f59274f69e452f8a7208dcf8d39023%7Cd7811cdeecef496c8f91a1786241b99c%7C1%7C0%7C638658834819340081%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLj\">Comon </a>brengt Gentenaars, onderzoekers en technologen samen om van Gent een n\u00F3g wijzere stad te maken, met <strong>technologie als deel van de oplossing</strong>. Hoe? Door te luisteren waar Gentenaars wakker van liggen, daar oplossingen voor te bedenken, en die ook uit te testen. Comon brengt mensen op onverwachte manieren bij elkaar, stimuleert hen om tastbare dingen te maken, te <strong>experimenteren</strong> en continu bij te leren. Deze structurele samenwerking tussen Stad Gent, Universiteit Gent, imec en Bibliotheek De Krook, stimuleert digitale innovatie die de mens echt centraal zet.</p>\n \n </div>\n\n <div class=\"paragraph
