HOGENT

HOGENT offers students an international learning environment with a wide variety of higher education level studies.

HOGENT is a modern urban university college conveniently located throughout the city of Ghent. There are also campuses in the neighbouring cities of Aalst and Melle.

Student facilities

Student facilities include libraries, concert halls, learning centres, research and study centres, a 3,000 m² sports centre and much more. Additionally, HOGENT offers its students a complete range of student services, from housing and catering to student jobs, cultural events and medical assistance.

International learning environment

HOGENT offers students an international learning environment with a wide variety of higher education level studies. It cooperates with numerous European colleagues and institutions, but is also heavily involved in initiatives and projects in developing countries. This international cooperation is carried out in the fields of student and teacher mobility, as well as in curriculum development and research.

Education

HOGENT consist of three faculties (Education, Health and Social Work, Social Work and Business, Languages and Applied Information Technology) and one School of Arts.

International degree or exchange students who want to study at one of the 3 faculties

 

International students who want to study at the School of Arts (KASK) or the Conservatory

If you hold a foreign diploma you can only enrol in a programme after HOGENT’s Education Office has approved of your application.
